The Down Bounce

Bounce Intro - Let's get your feet wet! We'll go through the basics of Bounce, focusing on feeling confident on the tramp and building skills to take you into other classes. We recommend this class if you have an injury that’s slowing you down, or you’re just starting your fitness journey. Get ready to fall in love with movement!

Bounce Sculpt - All things balance and coordination based, which make for a low impact but high intensity full body workout, sculpting your core with every move. Modifications available, all fitness levels can be accommodated - a great place to start if you have a basic level of fitness.

Bounce Moves - This class focuses on choreography and coordination exercises with great beats and a high vibe. We put together moves on the trampoline to create a choreographed routine at the end.

Bounce Burn - We combine heavier weights and compound movements for an effective 45 minute strength training session. We'll bounce a bit, lift a lot, and enjoy the burn! This class can be modified heavily and can accommodate all levels of fitness.

Hot Girl Walk Club

For all girlies who are trying to get into fitness, find their groove, find themselves, or their community!
HOT GIRL WALK CLUB is new to Tranquillo and open to all fitness levels
Getting into fitness can be intimidating if you've never done it before or have put yourself on the back burner for a while. We got you, girl. Hot Girl Walk Club is a weekly walk and short outdoor fitness class that introduces you to basic exercises and prepares you for bigger things down the line in your fitness journey. No running, no weights. Just you, your girlfriends, fresh air, and endorphins.

We’ll be there to guide you and answer your fitness and musculoskeletal health questions each week for 8 weeks. Every Monday at noon, from September 15 - November 3rd. It's the ideal stepping stone to find a routine, get your heart pumping, and ease into a new lifestyle.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training with Amy and Jessie will focus on challenging yourself more than usual by amping up the weight, and focusing on functional movements that help us in our activities of daily living - because nobody has time for injuries! We focus on proper alignment and form, and never skip a warm up or cool down. No judgement, no pressure - we meet you where you are and push you just a bit further so you surprise yourself. Classes start mid-September, including a perinatal option for pregnancy prehab and rehab.
